- Biography -

Originally from Lima, Peru, Piero Ramirez moved to the United States five years ago to pursue his passion for music. Currently based in Seattle, he graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Music. As well as being a skilled composer, he is an avid player of the saxophone, bass guitar, and piano. Additionally, Ramirez was one of five students chosen for the Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.) Scholar program in 2024, recognized for his talent and potential.

In the field of video game composition, Piero Ramirez creates dynamic music that elevates the player experience. His work spans multiple genres, from “Life Coach”, a Deck builder in which you help your clients as a life coach, to his first independent project, “Paper Boat”, a narrative exploration game in which you explore thoughts as a paper boat. His work even includes compositions from his independently created game entitled No Happy Days—a short RPG  made using Unity and Wwise that showcases his refined audio implementation, creativity, and coding skills, which is now available on Steam.

Piero Ramirez has scored for multiple short films by Rose Windows Studios, a student film studio at Pacific Lutheran University, as well as with Quasar Studios from Universidad de Ciencias y Artes de América Latina (UCAL) in Peru with "La Madriguera del Conejo”. The film won second place in UNIFEST, a student film festival. “La Madriguera del Conejo” went on to be screened in several Peruvian film events and was streamed on Peruvian national television.

Piero’s favorite games are Earthbound, Mother 3, Dark Souls, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and Undertale!
